February TBR!

Hey guys! I read four books last month and I am hoping to read another four this month! My TBR for this month is crime thrillers and they all sound amazing! I have actually already finished a book this month and that is Bird Box by Josh Malerman. So I have only included three books on my TBR list and they are:

Hangman1) Hangman by Daniel Cole

I have already started this but I keep putting it down so I just need to pick it back up again and force myself to read it! Every time the second book comes out in a series I struggle to get back into the story. Once I make myself read it I’m normally questioning why it took me so damn long to read it. I loved Ragdoll, it was such a thrilling and exciting story and I’ve been eagerly awaiting the second book. I just really need to stop putting it down and actually dive back into this world!

September Wrap Up!

Hey guys! I did pretty bad this month because I read hardly any books. In my defence, I was on holiday for two weeks and it was a road trip holiday. We travelled a lot which gave me less time to read and then when I got back off holiday I started my new job! It’s Monday to Friday which gives me even less time to read now. So I read three books. Not bad but I could do better. I would have preferred four! Hopefully this month I can do better. I’ll stop rambling now and get into it!

Wonder Woman1) Wonder Woman: Warbringer by Leigh Bardugo

I was really looking forward to this book! It was one of my most anticipated reads and I really enjoyed it. One thing I didn’t like about it though was that it kind of dragged in places and not a lot really happened. I was hoping for a really action-packed book and felt a little let down that it wasn’t. I loved how amazing the characters were though. Leigh Bardugo did an amazing job with them. I fell in love with all of them and I found myself really caring about what happened to them. I really wanted Diana to prove herself worthy of being an Amazon. I found myself really relating to Diana and Alia, they were honestly some of the best characters I’ve seen in a while.

August Book Haul!

Hey guys! I can’t believe it’s nearly September already, it’s going by so fast this year. I hope you have all had a great month and bought lots of awesome books. I bought a lot of crime thrillers this month. I called in a bargain bookshop and they had 3 books for £5 so I had a good hunt and found some decent looking crime thrillers! I’ve also been sent two copies for review which is exciting! So lets get into it!

Tracer1) Tracer by Rob Boffard

I was so excited to read this book but then I read the reviews and they aren’t that great, dammit! The cover and the synopsis really drew me in because they are trapped on a space station with a madman. To me it sounded really interesting because is he murdering people? You can’t exactly run from a murderer on a space station. I will still read it but I’m a little disappointed now and worried I won’t like it. It sounded too good to be true!
