Hey guys! Today I am going to be talking about some books that I want to read in 2021, mainly because I didn’t get round to them this year due to me having an uncontrollable TBR pile. I would try and sneak some of these in now, but let’s be honest it’s not going to happen. They’ll definitely be on my radar for next year though!
One of Us Is Next by Karen M. McManus: I was so excited for this to be released and I’m gutted that I didn’t get round to reading it. If you’re not familiar with One of Us Is Next, it’s the sequel to One of Us Is Lying, which is about five students going to detention, but only four of them leaving alive. I know the sequel is set a year after the events that happened in One of Us Is Lying, so it does still tie into the first book. I would love to read it early next year!
King of Scars by Leigh Bardugo: I keep putting this one off despite really wanting to read it as I want to read the Six of Crows duology first. Everyone raves about those books but I wasn’t that keen on Six of Crows, hence why it’s taking me so long to read Crooked Kingdom and King of Scars. If you’ve read this duology and enjoyed it, please let me know because I need someone to encourage me to read it!Continue reading
