Illumicrate Unboxing: May 2021 ‘Change Your Stars’

Hey guys! Today I’ll be unboxing Illumicrate’s May book only box and unfortunately, I was spoiled for this on Twitter. A couple weeks ago I saw some tweets saying what the May book was and I was gutted because I like not knowing what the book is. I know the art on the spoiler card tends to be really obvious and gives it away but I don’t keep that up-to-date with new releases, so a lot of the time it’s a surprise for me what the book is. I wasn’t happy about being spoiled but at least I didn’t know what the book would actually look like. It’s such a pretty edition and I’m very excited to read it.

Illumicrate Archives: The Infernal Devices Unboxing!

Hey guys! Today I am going to be unboxing Illumicrate Archives: The Infernal Devices box. I went away for the weekend just after the boxes had shipped so I had to get mine redelivered and by the time I got it I already knew what all the items were so that sucks. It was still really nice though seeing them up close, the colours pop a lot more compared to the photos I’ve seen. You guys have probably seen everything that was in the box too but I still thought it would be nice to do an unboxing! So let’s get into it.

Illumicrate Book Only Unboxing: April 2021 ‘Dearly Departed’

Hey guys! My Illumicrate box for April finally arrived after being massively delayed, but it was definitely worth the wait because this book is stunning! I was really excited for this one because it has more exclusive perks than the other books I’ve received. It has stencilled edges and character art endpapers. Also, it was supposed to come with a signed bookplate, but apparently they are stuck in customs in Europe so no idea when we will see them! I am really happy with the book though and I’m not too bothered the bookplate didn’t arrive at the same time. Without further ado, let’s get into the unboxing!

I recently signed up for a monthly subscription but I picked book only, hence why this will be a quick post! Illumicrate included so many great books last year so I decided to subscribe and I have to say I’m really happy with the January book. I thought about going all in and getting the full book but I just don’t have the storage space for the items and a lot of the time with subscription boxes I end up selling most of the items, so the book only option is perfect for me and it’s something that I wish more companies would do. Illumicrate Blood & Blades: The Darkdawn Edition Unboxing!

Hey guys! I am super excited to share with you my unboxing of Illumicrate’s Blood & Blades! I was absolutely thrilled with this and I loved all of the items so much. They did such a fantastic job with this box and I can’t wait to see what they do next!

Before I get into this I just want to show some appreciation for the artwork for this box! It looks awesome! Normally I bin the spoiler booklets/cards but I’m tempted to keep this one? I wish they made this into a print as well!
