October 2019 TBR!

Hey guys! So at the beginning of the year I said one of my goals was to tackle my TBR and get it down from 80 to like 50. Sadly that hasn’t happened yet, it’s currently hovering at around 70 (I haven’t counted it in a while) so for the last few months of 2019, I really want to attack my unread books and really get them down. Watch this space to see if it actually happens! Here’s the books I’ll be tackling in October:

No One Home by Tim Weaver: I didn’t manage to get to this one in September but I don’t mind now because I realised it’s perfect for October! It’s the tenth book in the David Raker series and it sounds like a spooky one! The residents of a small village called Black Gale all get together for a dinner party on Halloween (See? Perfect for October!) but the next morning they have all vanished. Is Raker looking for nine missing people or nine dead bodies? Eek! Can’t wait to find out what happens. I’m not really a theme/season reader but I can at least make the effort during Halloween!

Killfile by Christoper Farnsworth: This was a trade I made on Facebook and it actually sounds really cool! The main character is like a hitman I guess but he can read minds and make people see things that aren’t actually happening! It sounds different and exciting so again, can’t wait to see how this one goes.
