TV shows I’m currently loving!

Hey guys! Today I’m going to be talking about my favourite TV shows and why I love them so much! All book lovers love binge-watching a good TV show and I hardly ever talk about my favourites so thought it was about time I did just that! I hope you enjoy!

Riverdale.jpg1) Riverdale

I got addicted to this show so bloody fast, it’s actually sunk its claws into me and I can’t escape – not that I want to! This show is such a whirlwind of emotions I feel like every episode I’m about to step on to a fairground ride and I’m going to be dizzy as hell when I get off. I watched 10 episodes in one day which is pretty freaking good for me and then I finished the rest of season 1 over the new few days. I’m in utter agony now having to wait a week for every ep – I need the whole season and I need it now! I love the characters so much! I love Cheryl Blossom even though I’m 90% sure she is insane. She is evil to the core but, damn it, I love her and I don’t know why! Everyone needs to watch this show because it’s addicting as hell and so bloody good!

the-walking-dead2) The Walking Dead

This show kills me. It kills me. I love it so much but it hurts me with all the characters they kill off! I have been addicted to this show since the very first ep aired and I just think it gets better and better with every season. I love all of the characters but every ep it feels like you are on tenterhooks waiting to see if your favourites survive! *cough* Daryl *cough*. I love Daryl and every season there’s a rumour he’s going to die and I’m just like hell no, Daryl must live! I also really love Rick which is good since he is the main character! Rick’s character development every season is so amazing and really shows how great Andrew is at acting!

Supernatural.jpg3) Supernatural

Ahh… Another show that likes to destroy me. How many heart attacks has this show given us? How many times have we been left a crying mess after our favourite character died? But do we still come back waiting for them to break our hearts again? Yes, yes we do. I just love Sam and Dean. So, so much. I have loved every season so much and even after 12 seasons I still get excited for the next season. Like honestly it’s on season 13 now but it still makes me really happy and excited as the earlier seasons did!

Brooklyn Nine-Nine4) Brooklyn Nine-Nine

I feel like this TV show is going to look very out of place on this list because all the above are really dark shows with lots of secrets, lies and murder. Then this show is very silly and has lots of funny scenes, characters goofing around and not the most serious plot lines! Which is probably why I love this show so much! Every episode has me crying with laughter and it’s so hard to pick a favourite character because they are all freaking hilarious. Captain Holt, Terry, Rosa, Jake, Boyle, Amy… I love them. I just love them. I’ve binge-watched this show so many times while waiting for the next season to come out. It’s just a show that will never fail to make you laugh no matter how many times you watch it!

Bonus: A TV show I want to watch!

Stranger Things.jpgStranger Things

My friend really loves this show and she was the one who actually got me addicted to Riverdale so I’m really excited to watch this one! I am expecting it to be just as good and with season 2 starting hopefully I can binge watch it soon! I’ve already watched episode 1 so hoping to watch episode 2 on the weekend! Fingers crossed!

Have you watched any of these shows? Are they also your favourites? I love watching a good tv show so if you have any recommendations, please do leave a comment below! I hope you enjoyed this post and thank you so much for reading!

It’s been soooooo long since I watched Supernatural! It’s come at the point that I only remember Dean’s name and that’s it. My god this is bad. I think I need to do something about that..

As for other series; recently rewatched The Vampire Diaries – simply because of Damon. Currently watching The Originals!
I do have some series on my rewatch list, once I finish that one! Teen Wolf being one of them. Love the action in those series, haha. *adding Supernatural to that list now*

Whaaaat? That needs to change! You need a Supernatural marathon for sure! 👌

I stopped watching The Vampire Diaries after season 5 need to try and get back into it again now that it’s finished… I really love Damon, he was one of my fave characters 😄

I got halfway through season 2 of The Originals before I quit 🙈 I’m not doing very well with those shows!

Omg yes Teen Wolf is so freaking good! So sad that it ended 😦 Slowly working my way through season 6 because I don’t want to reach the end 😂

I knoooow; I’ll do it eventually! But books are always better at calling out to me when I get home after work, haha.

Netflix is bullying me by missing the last season. I can’t WAIT for it to be on there so I can see it. Haven’t seen it. Still. I need to know what happens to Damon.. :’)

But, but! Klaus! I’m loving the plot and the other characters. But Klaus and Elijah make sure that I get to drool a whole lot, haha.

I.. need.. to watch these series. Ugh.
Maybe I should put up a reading ban? But that will only be torture and make me hate all series out there.. So that won’t do. :’D

Ahh seen a few people tweeting Netflix asking when season 8 will be up. They are so slow 😦

Yes! Completely agree with that, especially with Elijah 😍👌

Yeh that’s the trouble with books and tv shows you always end up neglecting one of them. You can’t love them both at the same time 😂🤷‍♀️

Glad I’m not the only one waiting then, haha.

Yesss! Love Klaus’ vulnerable moments though. But Elijah is just.. everything, ha.

TRUE. It’s so annoying sometimes! Like, why can’t we be brilliant at multitasking those two? That’s literally mission impossible for me.. :’D

Yeh when Klaus gets starts crying it kills me. I want everyone to just love Klaus and for him to be happy xD love how Elijah never gives up on him!

Hahaha same! I can’t read a book and watch a tv show at the same time it just doesn’t happen 😂 I can’t be addicted to them both at the same time haha 🤷‍♀️ Would be awesome if we could be we’d get so many books and shows ticked off our list in no time xD

Klaus crying equals hearing my own heart break. Some people are just NEVER meant to be crying. [Okay, it would be awesome if no one’d ever cry but it simply hurts when some people get to the point of crying because they simply seemed like they’d never cry or can’t cry or.. you get my point xD]

Indeed! That would be ridiculously awesome! Oh man, now that would be an amazing wrap-up! It’d be more like “This is what I DIDN’T read / watch because showing you what I DID read/watch is way too much work, sorry.” xD

YES! Seeing Klaus go from being all moody to being sad and crying… it’s just not right! It seems to hurt me more 😂 Hahaha that would be great if we could do that 😂

So many of my faves!!! Brooklyn Nine-Nine ❤️❤️❤️ Stranger Things ❤️❤️❤️. Riverdale, I’ll admit, I’m hooked on but with the knowledge that the acting is crap and the stories are overly dramatic. I kind of love to hate on it 😜 and it constantly makes me cringe haha
I haven’t bothered with this season of Supernatural but I’ll probably binge it all when I go home for Christmas

Yesss Brooklyn Nine-Nine! So glad you said that because I hardly know anyone who watches it! It’s so funny more people need to watch it 😀
Haha that’s true Riverdale does seem overly dramatic at times, especially with Veronica and her daddy xD But it’s so addicting I get so excited and impatient for the next episode haha 😀
I’ve fallen behind I don’t really have much time now so I think I’ll wait and binge watch it at Christmas also 🙂 I can enjoy it more then!
